You have just accepted the offer to sell your home.
Your Real Estate Agent will make sure that all procedures pertaining to the home inspections go smoothly. The information resulting from all inspections conducted will be passed on to you and an explanation of the results will transpire.
If the results of the inspections go according to the terms of the written contract, the selling process will proceed.
In case there is a discrepancy in the inspection process, and both you and the buyer cannot come to an agreement regarding the findings in the inspections, the contract can be cancelled by either you or the buyer without penalty.
